Terms & Conditions & Studio Policies

At Pretty Soul Esthetics, every appointment is designed with your skin and your time in mind. These policies are in place to ensure fairness, clarity, and the best possible experience for all clients.

Booking & Consultations

  • A consultation is recommended for new clients to determine the best treatments for your skin.

  • All appointments must be booked online through our booking system.

Cancellation Policy

At Pretty Soul Esthetics, I value your time and commitment to your skincare journey. To provide the best service and accommodate all clients, please review and respect the following policies”

  1. Booking & Deposits

    • A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

    • All services are customized and reserved specifically for you.

  2. Cancellation Notice

    • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

    • This allows me to offer your time slow to another client on the waitlist.

  3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

    • Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or clients who do not show, will be charged 35% of the service total.

    • This helps cover time, resources, and preparation dedicated to your treatment.

  4. Rescheduling

    • Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. I will always do my best to accommodate and find a new time that works for you.

  5. Non-Transferable Services

    • Appointments and paid services are non-transferable.

    • You may not transfer, gift, or give away your appointment or package.

    • However, you may book and pay for someone else under their name, ensuring accurate client intake and tailored treatment.

  6. Late arrivals

    • Please arrive on time to enjoy the full experience of your treatment.

    • Arrivals 10-15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment.

    • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and subject to the cancellation policy.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • All services are non-refundable.

  • Skincare products may be exchanged within 7 days if unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Opened products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

Treatment Expectations

  • Results may vary depending on individual skin type, condition, and lifestyle.

  • For advanced treatments (e.g., Jet Plasma, Nano Infusion, Dermaluxx Pro), a series is often recommended for best results.

  • Home care compliance is key — clients are responsible for following post-treatment instructions.

Health & Safety

  • Please inform us if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any health conditions or allergies prior to your treatment.

  • For your safety, we may decline service if contraindications are present.

  • Enhanced sanitation may be required during flu season or based on local regulations.

Photography & Consent

  • Before and after photos may be taken to track progress (with your consent).

  • Images may be used for educational or marketing purposes, but only with a signed release form.
